Lisa
LeBlanc has over 20 years experience in organizational
effectiveness. Her focus has been working with individuals
and groups, business owners, department heads, management
and staff to design and reach a broad range of goals. Some
of the areas she has frequently addressed include teambuilding,
effective communication skills; managing projects powerfully
through a custom designed support structure, leadership, sales
and marketing.
Lisa
continues to work with clients in many capacities including
assessments and surveys, coaching for change and career development,
collaboration, curriculum development and facilitation. She
creates fun in the learning environment and yet co-produces
with participants, tools for the realization of their goals.
Since moving to
New Orleans, Louisiana over 15 years ago, Lisa
co-founded and developed a consulting company, Creative Team
Design. This company partners with over 100 consultants to
expertly produce the desired result of the client. The field
of business experience and range of clientele CTD has worked
with includes and is not limited to Banking, Computer Software
Design, Casinos, Education, Government, Food and Beverage,
Medical, Manufacturing, Nursing, Retail, Petroleum and Pharmaceuticals.
Lisa
is a native of Mobile, Alabama and attended the University
of South Alabama. Her undergraduate work included studies
in Philosophy, Sociology and Human Behavior. She has been
certified to lead many programs that are capable of impacting
an individuals' level of performance, both personally and
professionally which in turn impacts the work environment
throughout a company.
